Here are just some of the great products brought to you by Cadco. Leading the charge at NAFEM were the VK Ovens and Mobile Carts.
Cadco’s VK Ovens provide a fast cooking solution that does not use microwaves, making it perfect for finishing and retherm. This setup has double stacked ovens atop an oven cabinet and hooked up to Cadco’s ventless hood.
The two mobile carts shown are just two of many configuration options. The mobile carts are great for anything from a simple grab & go station to a busy dinning hall.
